Good Morning @TAB @StuF @Glisten @Shaz51 @ENKELI @PeppiPatty @GezzaP
Kitchen looking amazing for a change. Still got to sweep floors and put celery away. Got a bout of gastro - zapping it with Rife so no more rush to the bathroom. The Rife seems to work really well for me

@TAB
Well, makes sense vs actually doing it are often very different things (in my experience at least! lol) so all power to you for having a crack
Anyway, yes, footy only a couple of weeks away!!
Which is pretty crazy given that it's 28 degrees (feels like 31) going for 35 and 63% humidity. At 10.30am! (Not as bad as you've had it, but imagine playing footy in this???)

Morning @SmilingGecko . I showered and washed my hair. Watered and went to shop and chemist. Just closed house. Starting to warm up. We’re supposed to get rain tomorrow, I hope so would be good for the garden. Hope your gastro goes away soon.

Hey @SmilingGecko
Hope your gastro does the right thing and goes away fast. I had a very minor bout myself last night. Seems to have sorted itself now tho

Lucky bulk billed @TAB . Yes don’t undo the good by drinking too much. One might be ok though. I’m not sure when I can afford to restock drinks as have lots of bills this pay cycle.

guess they are superfit re AFLplayers @StuF ?
ah okay did like 3weeks around a year ago then just stopped
was concerned re putting it out there as might jynx myself, about 2 weeks in now.
yeah no good reason for me to drink, esp the way I do.
lots of reasons not to though

yes, first 12 weeks critical @GezzaP after that ,its not so easy for heart rhythm to revert to fibrillation

@GezzaP sounds like youve been up and about allready. Its still on the 30 degree mark for the next few days here. Just did usual morning routine and get rid of this gastro. Nothing on for today. The cat doesnt love me anymore. She comes in for food then goes away. No kisses and cuddles anymore. Freeloader! lol

Thats good @StuF at least its not over a few days and dehydrating you, thats the main thing. You will be ok sounds like. It seems as if its settled a bit for you. I hope it keeps improving for you this morning and youre not inconvenienced. What are you doing today? I got to squeeze in a walk before it gets hot. I wish we would just turn the corner into Autumn. Oh well not long to go. Just been reading The Age. I take the headline and put it into an AI search engine so I can get free news until I can get my library card replaced for reading news online through my library service
