Glad walk was ok @SmilingGecko . Enjoy your lunch. I just ate a main meal so will have my usual banana and hard boiled egg for dinner. I have lost nearly 4 kgs. No breeze here. Humid apparently we’re getting rain tomorrow. Crazy puss outside.

Wow thats really good about the we!ghtloss @GezzaP I'm really happy for you! I hope I can achieve a similar result. I find if I eat my main meal at lunch I feel nourished and eat less throughout the day. I used to take a mitochondrial supplement for a short period but could not realistically afford it so stopped buying it. The Mots-c audio was released a couple of years ago and enables me to have more energy as these meds deplete mitochondria, the energy centers of the body

I hope eating at lunch works out for you @SmilingGecko . I find I am rarely hungry at dinner time. I do’t snack much.
