@ENKELI We had a cooler day than forecast and even had some rain. Opened place up. Nice to sit in light but it’s going to get hot again in a couple of days.

@Glisten Gypsy Monroe is asleep in the shower recess. I have to check on her to make sure she's still breathing as she has a habit of sleeping with her eyes open. It's bizarre really but then we already know she's not normal. Nor is MM. He was all snuggly and cuddly as I gave him his Krack, as soon as I picked up my water bottle he took off. I have no idea what it is with Ragdolls and water bottles. Even aerosol cans set him off. Nutter. My other Ragdoll Dinah was the same.
Sounds like you're keeping busy of late. I feel like I am stagnating.

@SmilingGecko he did but I know other people with diabetes who don't have the same level of fatigue as I do. But then it's not exactly a one size fits all type of condition really is it. I am concerned that when I do finally get a job I'm going to struggle working a full day. Will have to see what happens!

@GezzaP Argentina went through a civil war 30 years ago. I had a friend from there travel to Australia when i knew him. The current president Milet seems to be doing lots of interesting things with that country. I found him to be very charismatic. He is libertarian. Havent been keeping up with Argentinian news

The Argentine president is a right wing populist like Trump so in my opinion bad for ordinary people and poor. @SmilingGecko Well best not talk too much about politics some people on here don’t like it. I ate a banana and a hard boiled egg enough to see me through until the morning. Puss on her current favourite arm chair. I’ve still got the place open. Back starting to ache so will start thinking about going to bed to lie down in an hour or so. Cat finally ate all her breakfast for a change. Put down her evening meal she usually eats it during the night.

@ENKELI exasperating! I live with chronic fatigue syndrome and that wipes me out. I discovered its due to a virus and I manage it with diet and supps. Plus these psych meds damage mitichondrial health which is only recently being acknowledged as an emerging science. My med is one of those meds that affect mitichondria
