@GezzaPthat sounds exciting and empowering to be able to converse and understand another language. Being equipped with greater vocabulary would be a must. I have been doing 4-4-8 breathwork and its put me into a parasympathetic state which has been good for my BP. I used to do box breathing but stopped once my thyroid was giving me trouble with routines am giving this a go. I feel calm and relaxed.

Spent way too long looking online..needed to get myself into the shop to really see what I was getting. Luckily I Hadn't ordered either of the jackets I'd seen...not what I wanted!

Got a bit lost getting there...actually got directions from a former legend player (now coaching staff)! Managed to not disgrace myself in front of him lol

@PeppyPatti I think our lawyers must be related. My father, muppet that he was, listed my brothers' second Christian name incorrectly - I mean seriously how the f*** do you forget your sons' middle name, especially since it's your name?! I emailed the lawyer and have heard nothing. He's probably like one of those lawyers you see on American TV shows that work out of a studio apartment and advertise on AM radio. Fortunately I have a very dear friend who is a lawyer and is more than happy to give me advice if I need it.

Probate is expected to take 6 months which is also ridiculous, so it's a matter of hurry up and wait. This lawyer hasn't bothered to share any information with my brother or me, only my narcisister who doesn't feel the need to pass on information to me either.

I am just waiting for it all to be over so I can move on and not have to deal with sibling crap anymore.

@StuF we got him from a sanctury and they had already called him Digger but yes he would dig the bed sheets 😄 ! we liked to think of him as a little W1 digger. with a lil slouch hat and uniform 🙂 he was a gorgeous boy the kids adored him.

@GezzaP a quiet 31 here today. Tomorrow and Thursday are a return to high temps.

It’s great being able to speak Spanish @SmilingGecko . It comes in handy if you need to talk to someone privately. Some years ago I had a Mexican family stay with me for 6 months. The little boy didn’t speak English so we only spoke Spanish in the house was great for my Spanish. Was fun too. I miss them but am still in touch. A few years ago I went back to Mexico to see them. I have been back twice to see them. These days I speak to my Argentine friend in Adelaide like me and some other friends in NZ and Newcastle. I love my Spanish. Glad breathing is working for you.
