@SmilingGecko I truly love LOVE reading your posts because I learn new stuff all the time. I am also going to check my psych meds too.
I got a virus about 10 years ago that caused joint pain and fatigue, GP tested me for anything and everything and we never found an answer but it lasted for about a year. This type of fatigue isn't as bad as that (no joint pain thank goodness) but chronic fatigue was suggested.
I feel for you having CFS, being tired all the time is no party.
And yep, my psych meds are linked with mitochondrial damage as well as cardiotoxicity and metabolic syndrome. So, do I want to have insane moments and risk self harm, manic periods or the toxic effects of the drug that prevents them?!
Thanks for letting me know that, at least I'm informed now xoxo

You write this @ENKELI
name?! I emailed the lawyer and have heard nothing. He's probably like one of those lawyers you see on American TV shows that work out of a studio apartment and advertise on AM radio.
Well after having to apologise to my therapist that I went crazy because of the Boston lawyer I worked it out.
he does not answer emails iv written because he says he can’t understand me.
i got Ai to write to him and changed it all in my words
restitution
i am…………… daughter
so he telephoned my step mother and told a 90 year old lady he never wants to hear from me again.
he was telling my stepmother I’m very safe in public housing and I’m able to live there for the rest of my life in Perth.
I got very excited because a year before I thought he answered my people in Perth but all he did was send them a text and now he’s questioning why they aren’t writing to him.
we need to know in our lifetime we will have this behaviour from America. Even that horrible Epstein —- think about it
people in England lost their jobs.
people associating with Epstein in America —— are they being made responsible for their actions ??

@PeppyPatti what's the difference between a lawyer and a pig? A pig doesn't go to a party and make a lawyer of itself.
I've just put 2 dozen muffins in the oven as I had an excess of hen fruit to use up, forgotten that I made myself a coffee and am struggling with the humidity even though it's not that humid. I hate being me right now! I want the me of my 30's when I was healthy (except that I drank and smoked!) and would exercise for an hour a day and the only medication I took was over the counter pain medication occasionally.
Getting old sucks. Lawyers suck!

@PeppyPatti I will go and get some fresh veg probably Thursday. I have to take mum for a day procedure in hospital tomorrow.
I am constantly amazed at how G rated Sane is. Heaven forbid you mention something that gets you a warning email or and edit. What about when people watch TV, read a magazine, newspaper or listen to the radio. Come on guys, a trigger warning for that topic is ridiculous!
If people are being triggered by stuff like that they will never survive in this world.

My rebounder has made a huge difference to my energy levels. Lymph must have been clogged or something.
