Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression.

I saw a trauma psychologist for 10 months twice a week, but she stopped seeing me when my safety became an issue while processing the trauma.

My symptoms are so bad now I isolate myself in the car everyday to avoid triggers and flashbacks. Unable to go to strange places, talk to people. Just don't belong anywhere. Anxiety so bad I shake most of the time, chest pain and hard to breathe... This isn't living......

I'm too damaged to be helped, I have tried but no one will help me..... They just tell me its too complex and they are unable to help. I don't know what do do I have no support isolated, alone and scared....

Hello my angel,

No wonder i was cold, i thought i was missiing something

oh yes, it was so interesting, boy those guys really knew how to take ones breath away, the buildings are so breath taking, so beautiful and so mysterious.

Yes my angel i was right beside you, your description of your surroundings made me feel like i was right their, sitting in the passenger seat, (eating my dark chocolate num, num, num)

Oh that is great i hope they are more co-ordinated than me, i have 2 left feet when it comes to dancing, i have never been good with foot steps, even in primary school i was always falling over when i tried to dance.

Oh what are they learning the dance too, what song in Wizard of Oz, i am sure they will wow the crowd.

Oh my, they sound wonderful, so bright, they can't lose them standing out so much. they should be so proud and so should you, their own little security blankets.

My angel you sound much better tonight, i am so glad, i worry about you more than my own family, you are so special to me. oh, i hope you are doing some dancing too, it is good for the soul, jump bounce and have a laugh, even if you don't want to, you are the best.

take care my angel, but i don't know about saving some chocolate, i am kind of selfish that way

Hi J

Thought you would eat all the chocolate but I brought some as well. What are we watching tonight I'll try to stay awake tonight:)

My 9 year old is dancing to the wicked witch is dead.

My 6 year old is dancing to , I'm dancing on sunshine.

The girls are really good at dancing and practicing heaps. They are even in time with the music. Can't say that about all the children....

I rang lifeline today not always a good thing to isolate in the Bush. I spoke to someone really helpful that challenged the negative stuff including the report on the girls.

Thanks for your support.

I have an appointment with my private psychologist on Wednesday, see what happens.

Hope you get some rest tonight, stay warm I promise not to take the sleeping bag.

OMG Go Karen, when i finish my chocolate i will have to permanently borrow some of yours, oh not much on tonight, i might just listen to some music or watch a movie, maybe good will hunting.

Wow your two little ones sound like they are just fantastic at dancing, i wish them all the best in their performance, go girls.

oh Karen, maybe some of the children are like me, all left feet, i am sure you will get them into dancing shape.

Oh Karen that is fantastic news, i am so glad you where able to talk to someone about your troubles and challenge your thoughts, i wish i was able to help you that way.

Karen my angle you are always welcome, i am happy to give you any support i can, whenever it is possible. you are my best friend

I hope you manage to get some positive thoughts and actions from your appointment, and if not we will ride out the storm together, you are never alone with this, i am by your side all the way

Yes, thankyou i will if you give me my side of the sleeping bag,

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hey J I didn't know you had your side of the sleeping bag. I don't take up that much room:-)

J you know I wouldn't be here sharing my chocolate with you if it wasn't for the unconditional support you have given me.

You are a true friend.

Enjoy your music j I'm still here holding your hand.

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

well i am quite large, so i take up my half (3/4) and you take your half (1/4)

I think you would still be here, you have 2 wonderful girls to keep your spirits up, i am just a ghost, an enigma, i don't exist, you are the one with the inner strength, i am just here to listen and support you when i can.

i am listening to the music and i can see you beside me, tapping your little feet.

i hope you manage some rest tonight, you have done extremely well today, i am proud of you my angel.
