Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression.

I saw a trauma psychologist for 10 months twice a week, but she stopped seeing me when my safety became an issue while processing the trauma.

My symptoms are so bad now I isolate myself in the car everyday to avoid triggers and flashbacks. Unable to go to strange places, talk to people. Just don't belong anywhere. Anxiety so bad I shake most of the time, chest pain and hard to breathe... This isn't living......

I'm too damaged to be helped, I have tried but no one will help me..... They just tell me its too complex and they are unable to help. I don't know what do do I have no support isolated, alone and scared....

Hey Jacques
I still cant quite image someone as tall as you.
its kind of funny that if I saw you in real life would definitely not be able to talk to you and would run in the opposite direction.
I want to thank you for showing me that not all men are like my husband.
I really never thought a man could be so kind , considerate , thoughtful, and gentle.
I owe you so much j im here today because you care.
You have made such a posative impact on my life and I don't know how to thank you.
Thank you my friend for not giving up on me.

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

@hiddenite, i am sssssoooooo proud of you, my precious angel made it, you have doen so well, a big hug for you, that has made my day.

i find it quite ironic too, i would do the same, i would not be able to talk to you face to face or look you in the eye, i would look at the ground.

yes their are some good men, i am so glad you confide in me, and i hope i can do the same, confide in you, and guess what you have given me so much more than i have given you, , you have given me a good friend. something i have not had in almost 20 years, i feel so close to you, you are their for me without wanting anything in return, you are so special to me.

You are such a special woman i can never give up on you, we have been through so much. experianced so much and grown so much, together.

the way you can repay me is buy trying to get better. i would love to come here one day and see a post that you have moved on and are happy, that would really make all this worth while. i would love for you to be able to be happy looking at all the beautiful animals and not be scared. I know one day you will be able to do this. remember i am always by your side.

I know you are scared of the rejection from the Psycology clinic i gave you, but what is the worst that can happen, they can't help, you will not be any worse off, and if they can help you have so much to gain.

the decision is totally up to you, i will not push you, i know you will do what is best for you. i am just trying to help. if it is not for you, that is ok too, i will not be upset. only happy that you considered it.

Have a good rest My Angel, tomorrow is another day.

special big hugs for doing so well today Jacques

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

@hiddenite(My Angel) you are so worth it, all of the terrible things you have been through makes me want to more than ever show you unconditional kindness to show you not all people are mean. Karen you are brave, you have reached out twice here and the other forum, you reached out to strangers, remember when we first met?

you where terrified of men, but you spoke to me, supported and cared for me when i was at my lowest, we supported each other, and you have confided in me. you are a survivor, you made it out the other end, you are brave, now is the time to really live life, enjoy your time, get yourself better and be happy, i know you can do it, you are such a strong woman, forcing yourself to go to the doctor took great courage, i know how tough it is i am terrified of having to go, too many people, and you did it!!!!

I wish i could be their to guide and support you in your journey, journey to happyness, journey to your new life. and i believe at the bottom of my heart you will reach that goal. may take some time, but you will make it.

Take Care My Angel, rest up.

Jacques

Hello @hiddenite (My Angel)

well today is here, sorry about the late reply i was out the shed doing some organising, well i have finally heard the frogs, they are in the down pipes, they must migrate to their in the winter to keep warm, so i am happy they are at least in the yard.

was watching a crow this morning, some person had discarded some chips on the ground (so much wast) and the crow had an injured leg, i felt so sorry for him, but he was managing, anyway he ate his fill of the chips, then went about burying the rest, he sat each chip on the ground and placed a few leaves over them, i laughted as i thought the first breeze and the leaves are going to go flying, anyway he seemed very proud of himself gettin some afternoon tea organised.

the chickens are arguing as i speak, and the rooster is tryign to crow over the top of them, they are chasing each other around the chicken coop. they are such a bundle of laughs.

i hope it is not too cold for you down at the river, i am thinking of you always, i hope you can come to the friday night feast tonight. i can't believe it is almost a week since we reconnected. time goes by so fast.

Take care & stay warm my angel

Jacques

Hi Jaqcues
well it's Friday Thank goodness. .....

I still can't get over that you are back in my life.
what are the chances of all the internet sights we pick the same one I'm just blown away.

Now how do I thank you for sharing the information with me about how to email.

the news l received today is that the health insurance company made a mistake and I don't owe them 25 thousand dollars. I am fully covered for psychiatric treatment.

How blessed l am but how do I thank you J without your help I would not have been able to resolve this.

im so grateful for having you in my life thank you Jacques.
sending you big hugs .

im by the river today it is so wet and 6 degrees. Its even too wet for the ducks.
the river is running so fast because of all the rain we've had.

it's so quiet and peaceful just how I like it.

take care J

Well, Well, well, @hiddenite, My Angel

What fantatic news, you did something today you feared before and found out you owe nothing and are fully covered after all, to say i am prud of you does not come close to describe how i am feeling.

Wow you are such an intelligent woman, being able to master it in one go is fantastic, i can't believe how smart you are. anyway problem solved, you see you where frightened, i am sure you where telling yourself what is the point, and look something good come out of it. this is what i meant yesterday when i said to you "what is the worst that can happen?" the worst thing would be you would be in the same situation as before, and now you are in a better situation.

guess what Karen, you have taken 1 step closer, you are stronger than the illness, you fought a really tough week and won.

You have thanked me more than enough by finding me, without you seeing me we would never have reconnected. you have no idea what your presents in my life has made to my mental wellbeing.

sounds nice Karen, i am sure today you have a little smile on your face, and feel amore than a few butterflies in your stomach, i am sure today has been a better day.

Take Care My angel, hope to see you tonight on friday feast. it would be nice too see you having some fun

Jacques

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Amazing news @hiddenite - that must be a weight lifted.

How did they figure out is was a mistake - did you inquire, or did they just find it somehow?

Makes me worried about how often they get that stuff wrong and not pick it up!

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi Nik
the health insurance company said that my Ptsd , depression and anxiety was pre existing.
Which I don't dispute.
But unlike any other illness , injury etc. Psychiatric is only a two month wait. Which is what I did.
it doesn't matter which insurance company you are with psychiatric is only a two month waiting period even if its pre existing.
