Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression.

I saw a trauma psychologist for 10 months twice a week, but she stopped seeing me when my safety became an issue while processing the trauma.

My symptoms are so bad now I isolate myself in the car everyday to avoid triggers and flashbacks. Unable to go to strange places, talk to people. Just don't belong anywhere. Anxiety so bad I shake most of the time, chest pain and hard to breathe... This isn't living......

I'm too damaged to be helped, I have tried but no one will help me..... They just tell me its too complex and they are unable to help. I don't know what do do I have no support isolated, alone and scared....

Posative affirmations:
Happiness is an art not an accident.

We are what we think all that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world. Speak or act with a pure mind and happiness will follow you.

Look at everthing as though you were seeing for the first time. Then your time on earth will be filled with glory.

When things are desperate there is no need to pretend that everthing is beautiful. You have to accept reality.

When one door of happiness closes another opens but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened.

Give yourself the compassion, friendship and support you would guve to anyone you care about.

Listen to the air. You can hear it , feel it smell it taste it.

obstacles are there to get around climb over or scramble through

It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.

Let the past drift away with the water.

No matter my physical , mental social or spiritual condition I am still valuable. My life has a purpose and I am in equal value to other people. l have my own Unique value and personal identity.

@hiddenite(My Angel)

Please don't be sorry, i was crying in joy, it was so beautiful, and good too see you channeling the negative thoughts so creatively.

i did have a good sleep, only because i was so tired, i hope you managed to get some rest, you sounded so tired last night, sounded so exhausted.

From you Karen i will always accept a hug, i know how frightened of men you are, so i am so glad we have a bond.

you give me a reason to go on too, you give me a purpose in life.

Hello @hiddenite (My Angel)

Just checking in to see how you have been today, i know you would have been cold in the car, as i was cold at home. sorry i did not write earlier, it is mums birthday we went out for it.

I have a bad panic attack from being out, but i did it and am back home safe.

I saw some ducks near the river today, they reminded me of you, my thoughts have been with you all day. i even saw some kangaroos, the youngsters were play fighting, it was so cute, they were kicking and punching and falling over, some were lying down and some were just hopping around enjoying the rain and grassy pastures.

you have made it through another day Karen you should be proud of that, something to add to the positive catagory.

Rest up My Angel, tomorrow is another day.

Jacques

Good Morning @hiddenite (My Angel)

i am worried about you, i know when you go quiet that you are really struggling, don't worry about responding i will just tell you about what i see here today.

it is a very cold day here today, their is sleaty rain, and a light fog, the birds are chirping and fighting over the grain at the farm next door. the calf has his snout in the troff, the other two steers are sleeping on what is left of the hay bail, the pig is sleeping in her little house, all i ca nsee is two little ears sticking out of the house. the chickens are scratching around on the ground eating grain and looking for worms, the rooster, oh the bloody rooster started crowing at 5am and has not shut up since. he would make a good sunday roast!!!!!

some birds are digging around in the garden throwing all of the mulch i carefully put down all over the lawn, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, not the mulch!!!!!!!

oh well, looks like i will be putting the mulch back into the garden this weekend, i suppose it will fill in the weekend.

Well that is all for this morning, please look after yourself, i am thinking of you.
