Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression.

I saw a trauma psychologist for 10 months twice a week, but she stopped seeing me when my safety became an issue while processing the trauma.

My symptoms are so bad now I isolate myself in the car everyday to avoid triggers and flashbacks. Unable to go to strange places, talk to people. Just don't belong anywhere. Anxiety so bad I shake most of the time, chest pain and hard to breathe... This isn't living......

I'm too damaged to be helped, I have tried but no one will help me..... They just tell me its too complex and they are unable to help. I don't know what do do I have no support isolated, alone and scared....

Hi @hiddenite

I'm sorry to hear you are not doing too well right now. Please remember that you can call your crisis contacts if you continue to feel unsafe tonight. I hope you can continue to meditate on those beautiful and serene images you mentioned earlier (mountains, ducks, etc).

Stay safe,

Mosaic.

My psychologist is unable to see me anymore.

Can you go to legal aid?

How long have you been on your new meds? They take a month on average to start working dont they?

Do you have any one else to continue to chat to apart from all us on here?

Do you have nail polish? Sorry- my bad attempt at a joke

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

@hiddenite, i know it is getting tough, it is hard to break the negative cycle, especially when the world is on your shoulders, i am so sorry you have been failed by another psycologist, they should not be working in the industry, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!

i am so sorry those ****** have changed their minds, you don't deserve this kind of treatment, you deserve better from everyone. including me, i wish i could be their to help you through all this, you need to see your doctor, by any means, hang in their, give it time, and try not to reflect on what you can't control, i know it is hard, but you have to try, it might be an idea to go to emergency. i am really worried about your safty.

Please don't shut me out, you are more than deserving of my kindness, we have been through so much together, please don't do anything silly.

i will be here to listen if you need to vent. try to get all your frustration out. might make you feel better.

Hugs

Jacques

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hey Baboo
no point in going to legal firstly I couldn't go and the insurance company is right in saying it's a pre existing condition.
I have been in these meds eight different sorts two and a half months.

No I don't have any other support except here. I've been isolated for 24 years since I was 17. No friends in the real world

and no I don't do nail polish , but I would like a new pair of blunnies size 4 ( work boots)
