@Ru-bee Sounds like a good plan for a cuppa. I’m still having my coffee and have been searching for rental properties. It’s a bit of a tough day after a lot of housing stress this week.
I am looking forward to the 1st newsletter that SANE is producing. I wonder when the first edition will come out?

Any luck with your search @Cuddlebear ? I know it's very stressful going through that process so hopefully pairing it with your coffee time is helping the ease any extra stress.
