@Cuddlebear I wish I could come and give you a big hug! Your challenges are real and how you're feeling makes perfect sense... I know you have tried everything, but I am wondering if you've had any new ideas pop up since we last spoke? (I will try and think of some things too.)

Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us @Healandlove. It sounds like this sense of rejection is really present for you right now, and I want you to know you're not alone in this. It's so vulnerable feeling disconnected from the people you love the most, truly. So, how you are feeling makes perfect sense. If we aren't getting our core needs met, it can activate so much of our wounding... it sounds like your inner child might be needing some extra nurturing right now. What could that look like today?
Also, I am curious to know how couples' therapy and your psych appointment goes tomorrow. 💛☺️
