Everything Birds

I just bought 2 of these lovely Dudes - Spice/ Nutmeg Finches.

They're wild, all down the East coast of Australia.

Someone introduced them, about 100 years ago.

They're from Asia.

@Adge & all you birdlovers looking for a ggood movie escape from the heat. Just starting on free to air TV Gem is an old movie, true story, called

"Birdman of Alcatraz" if you watch it, let me know what you think 🐦🌿

This Red-billed Firefinch looks "Christmassy" (maybe) - I have 1 pair of them in my Aviary.

Still, I'm not going to change my Avatar Picture - I like the Picture of my Red-Faced Parrot-Finch (I have 3 in my Aviary).

I love that beautiful bird you posted on the 22nd @Adge - & u have 2of them 😯👍 (amazing!) I'd like birds but it's just not practical moving so much and wanting to travel more.

Yesterday my phone kept playing up a lot, but I thought of you, and thought I posted here but can't see it sorry (maybe the other thread). But I did look up a whole heap of Chrissy Birdy images for you, here's some:

Chrissy Birds 😊

Thanks @Former-Member They are lovely Bird pictures.

Hi @Former-Member No I am not cross with you - I've nothing to be cross about.

I'm just Sunburnt (from yesterday), Sleep-Deprived (from last night) - & P....d off at the back neighbour, for keeping me awake all night (Boom Boom Speakers).

I'm very Happy with any Pictures that you find me.

The 2 Baby Bengalese Finches now look just like these ones @Former-Member

They're still much smaller than their parents - but they can fly....
