I have to be honest @Shaz51 - I'm rather broken and it's hard to lift. I don't know if I can but I keep trying. I just wish something absolutely wonderful would happen. Here's hoping 2021 will be a good year for us all!

I hadn't been keeping up with your re-build progress. You spoke of the demolishing some time ago. Still waiting for it to be cleared? Think of all the fun decisions you'll be making - colour schemes, tiles, furniture, planning your garden.... Are you browsing shops for ideas? Creating an ideas book? Make the most of the time and have fun!!

What a great idea, never thought of it that way my friend

Dear @Shaz51 - how I'd love to talk. Share some tears and a few laughts - and a coffee. I just don't know how to keep going. I feel that everything I try will not last - as though I just can't win in any situation. We can all self-sabotage - but I don't think I'm doing that. I just feel that nothing is going to work for me no matter how hard I try to keep going and to rebuild my life. I feel in a hopeless situation and there is no way out. The challenge is just too much for me.

I've never had true friends - friends who had my back. Then my ex-psychiatrist undid my damaged personality which resulted from the abuse and disrespect I had been subjected to - he completely undid my damaged sense of self. And then HE let me down in the worst possible way. He has taken EVERYTHING from me - even my ability to feel joy. He left me with my restored self but nothing else. What a dirty trick! No family - he made me shake everyone's tree trying to shake everyone out of their self-destructive stupidity. Now, no-one speaks to me. Could he/we have done it differently? I've thought about that and to be honest I don't think there was another option. No home - I deserve better that this. And no future. I truly don't know what to do. Life isn't meant to be this difficult. Thanks for listening.

Thanks dear @Shaz51 - I genuinely feel a bit better for having got that off my chest. Then I read some others' horrific life stories and think how 'good' I have it (perhaps not a good turn of phrase) It's not 'good' but it's better than some others - so I have to be grateful for that.

I'm feeling a lot better. Thanks for the shoulder. And the coffee was GREAT!! If you ever need a shoulder - mine are broad.
