I am really not doing so well & I am struggling. I can't seem to function too well atm. I am shutting down. I saw my psych today, and she doesn't think doing exercise science is going to be good choice to study because there is not much work available in this field.
I am not able to articulate too well, what is happening for me. I am just exhasuted and scared and alone.

I'm going to ask you the question I have before then ... what can you honestly see yourself doing in the future ... not what anyone else wants or suggests that you do ... where does your heart lie?

I suppose the first question to ask yourself is what do you need more atm - study or hospital?
Do you think that you could focus on study and get the same benefits from that mental stimulation as you would get if you went into hospital for a few weeks?
