I am really not doing so well & I am struggling. I can't seem to function too well atm. I am shutting down. I saw my psych today, and she doesn't think doing exercise science is going to be good choice to study because there is not much work available in this field.
I am not able to articulate too well, what is happening for me. I am just exhasuted and scared and alone.

I am feeling a bit better today.I think the next few days will go quickly.I have fair bit on before I leave next week. I have decided to journal what has happen since my last admission to hospital because I think that will be my focus whilst I am in there. Of course that can change with the clinical team depending on my progress and what they think I may benefit including the changes program. I do think if I can get my head around that it will put me in good stead for a successful hospital stay and one that is going to be quite productive and challenging at times too. Looking forward to seeing old faces and meeting new faces. 😊
