I am really not doing so well & I am struggling. I can't seem to function too well atm. I am shutting down. I saw my psych today, and she doesn't think doing exercise science is going to be good choice to study because there is not much work available in this field.
I am not able to articulate too well, what is happening for me. I am just exhasuted and scared and alone.

What did you have for dinner?
I was just having some dinner and I had to make a few phone calls (my mum in hospital, my dad at home and my niece)
