Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.
I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.
Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!
I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

I am still exploring singing and dancing slowly - I am sitting with what is next for me creatively. What helps you to gain clarity around your next steps?
I know you have taken care of yourself for much of your life and that you are feeling like you have to do so again, but I want you to know that even if responses are sporadic, we care about you and want to be here for you. You are allowed to feel all that you are feeling and I am glad you are taking the time to share your experiences with our forums community.
I know it may feel vulnerable to look into further mental health support right now, so no pressure. But curious to know where you're at with this?
And is there anything about life that feels good or even okay for you right now? 💛
