Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

Thank you for your care and concern @Till23 .

Yes, I am feeling a little lost because I'm usually very routine-focused, but with work, some staff are on holidays, so I'm working all odd hours.

Then the kids are at home on school holidays, so they are also out of routine.

In myself I'm okay.

Thanks for asking.

Please take care and if there is anything we can do to help yo,u, feel free to reach out.

We appreciate you for who you are.

Hugs. @Till23

Re: Tillogram

Yes @tyme , especially when you have the usual Monday and Tuesdays off every week

It would mess your week up and to have school holidays too

Re: Tillogram

That's exactly it @Shaz51 . I usually have Mon-Tues off, but I'm working this week and won't be working on Sunday.

Re: Tillogram

It's been a sunny day here again today. So two good days in a row. I managed to get a load of washing done and dry on my line today (I don't have a dryer) so I'm glad I managed to get the washing dry. Next couple of days are supposed to be ok.

Yes I can understand that @tyme, I used to be very routine focussed, since retiring I am not as regimented, however I still have my routines.

So I think you, yourself, might not be ok as you are letting on, because lack of routine is probably destabilising you to some extent. Feel free to vent over here in my space if you want to, no pressure either way.

I am just keeping to myself

I was going to post more holiday photos as well, but have felt up to it.

I'm sure the forums will miss you on Sunday

Re: Tillogram

Hi @Shaz51 I have had good weather the last couple of days where I am, enough to get washing dry. I hope the weather has been good to you. I saw yu bought some nice plants, hopeful that gave you a bit of joy.

My suggestion would be to start a thread again @Shaz51

So @Shaz51 my suggestions would be

- you can tag people to your own thread I suppose,

- but probably best to start a new one, because new people might feel a bit worried about posting on a thread that has been going for awhile.

Re: Tillogram

Hiya @Till23 - haven't caught up on everything but wanted to see how things were with your psych?

Hope you're having a chill evening 😊

Re: Tillogram

Hey @Jynx thanks for the check in. I hope you are well and not too busy sailing the forums single handedly. I am having a chill evening but that's only because it's cold here and my fire just burnt down a bit too much! So it's Chilly

I am puttung one foot in front of the other.

Re: Tillogram

@Till23 is it 'being dramatic' to express oneself when one is experiencing emotional turmoil? Guess I should be on stage then!!

For real though, I can totally understand how much of a blow that can feel like. Especially with attachment trauma in the mix!! But I think this definitely counts as a BIG reason to feel pretty crappy. Besides... you've just lost access to a support resource - this means you deserve MORE resources not less!!

I know it sucks to be turned away, and effectively told you're too complex for that psych to treat. I believe this is still a preferable outcome to say, your psych continuing to treat you but having no idea what they're doing. That could end up traumatising you further.

Did they refer you to someone else? Or at least help you to kick-start the process of finding someone else?

I pobably won't be able to respond at-length again tonight, but of course feel free to share whatever you feel anyway and I'll be back around tomorrow 😊
