Hi @MJG017thanks for welcome back.

I thought of you while I was away and in fact listened to some podcasts on cancer.

I have my specialist appointment later today where I will find out the results of scans I had before I left.

I have now met cancer survivors from all around the world.

I sort of can’t believe I have done it. It seems unreal and it felt like that while I was there. I’m very lucky to have had the opportunity.

No I haven’t managed to go to sleep as I have jet lag!

I better try though as I have a specialist appointment in a few hours!

@Till23 I did see my GP. I have a Mental Health Care Plan now and I've been on meds for two weeks and two days. I have an appointment with a psych next month.

I think I'm still adjusting.

I seem to have a bit of jet lag, I didn’t seem to have any on the way over.
I didn’t sleep much on plane on way home though.

I probably don’t have time to contribute anything to Newsletter this edition but it’s an interesting concept.

I am missing my dog who passed away just before I left, so I’m adjusting to a quieter house, especially after being with people daily for last few weeks. I’m just letting myself settle back in before starting anything new I think.

@NightFury it sounds like you’ve got a few things in place since I left - glad to hear it. I hope things go smoothly for you.

@Till23 @Congrats on big sports event. I missed you. Yes it is COLD where I live and yes we do lentil soup regularly. In fact I feel a win, that my son actually likes it. I will put in some cabana to spice it up….in the next week.
