@tyme don’t mind my errors in my writing, my brain is on hyper speed

@AuntGlow it’s been about psychological stress management and I’ve also been suggested to see a specialist. Still waiting on the specialist.

Maybe it is about improving my relationship with food and exercise. I think my poor relationship with exercise has also made me sort of unmotivated to keep going with an active routine. Along with physical stuff.

I’ve heard of EFT tapping but haven’t tried it. Might look into it

I’m going to bed before I do something stupid. I don’t think I can keep myself safe otherwise

Ooh, okay! I am very keen to hear more about it when you hear more. @creative_writer

I get that. Taking care of ourselves and being consistent is genuinely hard! I think that finding movement you enjoy is absolutely key. Then it can feel like something that nourishes your overall wellbeing, you know?

Let me know how you go, I want to look into it too. We can debrief!

I hope you have a good sleep tonight. 🌛✨

Oh, I just saw this! @creative_writer

I think rest will really help, but please know we are always here. Your safety is very important to us, so please make sure to call Lifeline or Suicide Callback Service for more support if you need, okay? 000 is always an option. I know you know this, but just a gentle reminder. 💛

@AuntGlow I’m in bed, I’m going to try to sleep, I am feelings the meds kicking in. It took a while for the sleepiness to kick in, probably because of my mood state. I’ll reach out for support if needed . Goodnight 💖

It's been a pretty shit day so far, I've taken PRN for two days in a row, and with how things are going today, I might need another one. I'm having urges, but I am safe rn

Hey @creative_writer I'm sorry to hear you're having a shitty day.

I'm here if you wanna talk about it at all

@Ru-bee maybe the pain isn't helping. I've taken meds for the face pain. Hopefully it'll settle soon, I have almost finished my antibiotics and used one of those nasal sprays. I think everyone is getting sick. I feel like the added inflammation can send my mental health to the edge. Maybe breathing gets affected, and sleep and mental health are directly connected.

It's hard when my mind and heart are racing. It gets suffocating. Like I know acting impulsively will only cause issues in the long run, but it is hard to resist. I guess it's about taking it moment by moment

Hoping the meds kick in soon and the pain goes down for you @creative_writer I agree, I find mental health can be so linked with physical health. Sometimes it is just that thing that makes it all feel a bit too much.

Sounds like you're taking today as best as you can. Do you have anything on for the day at all, any distractions?
