Thanks @Shaz51 for doing that. Think it would be beyond weird if I swt up that post. If you could see me - I'm the complete opposite of a healthy lifestyle. But who knows. @Pepsimax might inspire me enough to get moving again

It's both @Pepsimax. Stress causes me difficulty in losing weight. Walking helps to burn the stress adrenaline, and to condition my body, making it more efficient, rather than it being for the direct energy burn. It's for general fitness and well-being.
