@utopia @Faith-and-Hope I have planned to go to the gym again tomorrow just do what I can do there-starting slowly I have a free membership for 2 months if I keep going I might get another3 months

Good to see your motivation high @Pepsimax.
If you keep going 3 times a week & seeing changes so soon - it sounds like an extra 3 months membership could be the way to go.

@utopia it is at a pcyc gym so not so stuck up I go to the gym 2 times and swim once a week
