@Shaz51It's fine to set up a new one too. For me I can probably only do one goal thread but I'd imagine others may like to compartmentalise their goals more.

Think I prefer to use the Daily Goals thread too ..., just so I am not stretching across too many threads .... but I agree it might suit others to have a specific Heslthy Lifestyle thread.
