i have alot of physcial and mental health issues as well so your certainly not alone here @Pepsimax
i bet it plays on your mind alot of the time but you just have to rememeber to keep pushing forward

I'm hoping that will help a bit @Pepsimax. The hangrys never help. I realised I need a cuppa when I wrote that to you so you helped me too. Is there anything I can do to help?

@Pepsimax It's ok to feel sad sometimes but it I know it isn't a good feeling. Have you been seeing your support worker lately. Maybe tonight you could write the feelings down and share this with them. It might not help but it's recently helped me. I'm about to go to sleep. I'm really tired. I hope you'll be ok.
