Anxiety and depression does that to people. It really is terrible and i know its very hard to see a light in a dark tunnel but remember there are people on here supporting you all the way @Pepsimax

Hey @Pepsimax have you had a cuppa or something to eat tonight ? I know that sometimes helps a bit. When I'm distressed I forget this stuff too.

@Former-Member thanks for being around to talk to I have a lot of physical health issues to deal with apart from the MI problems I have ptsd as well I was in an abusive relationship this plays on my mind I have flashbacks they sux
