@NotLableDefined @Faith-and-Hope I hadn't eaten properly but I have now need to get it in my thick head to eat regularly(ed stuff) you know what I'm talking about f&h it was the anniversary of my friends death on Monday couldn't cry until today it brings everything back to me then I got a bug on Tuesday and yesterday so really in the wars this week
