do you want to talk about the thoughts that are making you want to do that so we can dismantle them abit so they dont seem so overwhelming?

Also distractions are good, maybe you could do some drawing, colouring in, listening to music or reading a book or something else you like to do?

Hi @Pepsimax, I am super struggling tonight too. I am having an underwater adventure on my latest riding a wave thread to distract myself from the big feelings. Would you like to come on my adventure with me??? Thus far we have seen some super pretty fish and coral, and we are now engaging a whale in conversation. You would be extremely welcome to come along if you like???

Dark place is hard to handle, just talk..I have been where you are and understand some times nothing works at the time but it will pass and help is always their..
