I needed a distraction tonight after taking a break from the forum for a little while. I am ok now just needed that space to sort out some of my own thoughts @Pepsimax

Sometimes when we think we are doing well we can get knocked back by something unexpected @Pepsimax - that happened for me tonight but a little time out helped me to come back to the present... I am getting much better at that!

I am feeling like there is a little more hope this week @Pepsimax I do also think it is because I didn't have DBT today so no group interactions to deal with.
