Oh that sucks @Pepsimax I always have mine on for background noise and light - usually on Liverpool tv - I tape most shows I want to watch and watch them during the day - avoid any content that could be triggering at the worst time for me.

@Zoe7 I'm colouring in some stylised flowers and leaves I am going to cut them out and make some cards again really enjoying my craft atm
