Yeah big time @Pepsimax The people are nice enough but they all know each other and I am not a 'talker'. I get lost at times because I don't know what they are talking about.Sometimes they will explain the context of what they are saying but mostly they don't. I certainly don't feel like I can ask them to explain any further either.
Are you still seeing your support worker regularly?

Thanks @NikNik @Bunniekins @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 I went swimming with my support worker this morning only could manage 10 laps haven't been for a month so not ro bad an effort how are your days going
