My mum taught me @Pepsimax ..... we usually learn these things from someone else ...... and pass them on, which is good.

@Pepsimax. I had a great sleep last night but still exhausted today. A bit like you. Yesterday was high anxiety. So today is a rest day.

That's no good about your sister crashing your lunch with your parents @Pepsimax.
My sister is the same. Within 2 minutes she's telling me off, telling me I'm wrong, etc.
As hard as it is, try and block her out. As much as you can.
I'm a bit low today, so doing nothing.

She was her usual demanding self it just meant to be me with my parents today makes me so upset really hard not to let it get to me @utopia @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope and everyone
