Dad rang to see if I was ok nice of him @utopia @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope and everyone else I have calmed down a lot now just drinking rhe usual pepsimax

Just saying a quick hi @Pepsimax @utopia ......
I have been out all morning. Lying down while I keep my son company as he does an assignment. Having me around helps to ground him when he is feeling anxious, but I am tired and might doze off for a while here .....
