@Shaz51 no haven't been able to as rv went on the blink but getting new tv in about a week yay I like the tv so have really missed it

I had a doctor appointment this morning that went well I can't get to sleep so tired though how was your day @Faith-and-Hope you want to go back to uni that's great

It’s something simple that we often don’t think of @Pepsimax ..... there is something about the hot water and steam that helps to relax our physical system and do a bit of a re-set to help with sleep.
