Can someone help me

I understand how a doctors visit can take a lot out of you @Pepsimax. Especially one you weren't looking forward to.
Had 3 Uncles and my cousin arrive this morning frim Melbourne. They came to help get my messy garden into order.
They did a brilliant job. They did the whole front for me. Cutting back branches on trees. Digging out the dead plants. Everything got a trim and a mow and a sweep. Looks great.
Just got back from having lunch with them all plus my mum.
Was a highly anxious day for me having so many people here and for so long. I coped by taking my PRN's.
I'm exhausted although I didn't do much. I'm dying to go to bed. But they are popping back over here in a few minutes for a family photo. They've just popped in to see my sister at work.
After photos they'll go to mums place to check out her new kitchen. My son and his girlfriend will meet them at my mums. Because my son is dying to introduce his girlfriend to the family.
He is in LOVE!

Hi @utopia @Faith-and-Hope my result was better but still needs to be lower but the doctor was pleased with me for getting it down he said whatever you are doing keep doing it one thing I have done is hardly have any junk in the home

That would help @Pepsimax.
Does the dr think that by continuing not to eat junk food that it will continue to improve?
