Hi @Faith-and-Hope had a sleep very draining seeing the diabetes doctor but it went super!!!!! Well he said keep doing what you're doing it's working my blood test number is still a little high but is a lot better what are you doing the rest of the day

I don’t have plans for the rest of the day @Pepsimax .....
So glad you have improved your medical results. I registered as pre-diabetic a few years ago, but after increasing my walking it corrected itself.
