@Pepsimax .... do you know there is a thread here called Worry Room that is available to just dump thoughts like that ... just get them out there .... scream them out there in capital letters, then just leave them, and close the thread .... "walk away" ....

Hi #pepsimax I hope things have improved. Did you want to talk to someone? we can send you some numbers if you would like this. Its great to vent and let things out, but if you are feeling really low then you should really try talking to someone. The moderators are here all night to provide support if needed.

It sounds like you were having a hard night! It is really difficult when you feel as though everything in your life sucks and can be hard to distract yourself and think of something else at times.

Working in a field with mental health and AOD does anyone really get it I wonder I am supposed to be a recovered Borderline i really don't feel it some days I feel Ilime I have a mask on at work as don't want the judgment
