Can someone help me

@Pepsimax. I didn't go to work today & I'm not going tomorrow. Swollen throat, sore body, moody, irritated, depressed. My body often gets sick when my mood is low.

Sorry that you've become really unwell @utopia. Must be the season for it. I've been fighting an ear ache and sore throats for days but luckily that's all. I hope you get better soon. It seems unfair you've had such a hard run with your health through no fault of your own. Take good care of you

I'm new on here and I'm feeling really out of sorts I'm trying to work full time and maintain my home and I can feel my mental health starting to play up. Feeling really low atm

Hi @Tissue74 and welcome to the forums. It does get difficult to manage everything at times .... I aim for 85% success most days, and if I achieve more than that, it's great ..... If I achieve less, it rolls my to-do list over to the next day .....

A lot of it is about setting routines, having places for things to be returned to, and just getting to what you can, when you can.

Here if you want to chat some more. It's been a slow day for me ... what I needed ....
