@Tissie74 it can be stressful being in a work environment where there are people who talk badly about others. Sometimes it can be good for us to do things that help give us a distraction from what is going on so we dont get drawn into what is happening in our environment. What sorts of distractions or strategies do you use? You mentioned that you are a recovered Borderline but feel as though you are wearing a mask most of the time. It can be hard feeling as though you need to hide parts of yourself to avoid judgement. Are you still engaged with any support for BPD?

@Pepsimax I actually find it hard to find good pencil cases these days. There are plenty around but none have the compartments that you used to be able to get. I like things ordered - bet that doesn't surprise you lol I know you already have a few so there is no rush. Do you have a printer at home? Just wondering because I could send you some links for some pages to print out to colour in - have heaps of these from my art classes with the kids - was always a could fallback when they had finished their other work.

@Pepsimax Do you have a prefence for images - have a lot of animal ones!!
