That’s true, also when I volunteer for this role particularly, it kinda feels like that I’m in a job? So it’s like being in a “job” like this helps me to manage/cope with and take these negative thoughts out of my head

I did the training, and so far it’s going good 🙂

hi @MissGremlin I'm not really feeling it today. right now I feel like I should just give up on everything but I'm safe and just trying to survive through the day. this week has been pretty overwhelming for me so I hope by next week or so that that feeling will pass...hopefully 🤞🏼 its easy when I'm being hard on myself but its really these sorts of things that hold me back from it all.
