Something’s not right

My life sucks

My life sucks

And I have no hope that it’ll get better, despite being told by everyone that spoken to that it would. But I know for a fact that it won’t, not even in decades time.

Re: My life sucks

@Cuddlebear @So true 😭😭😭 I just wish the government can change their mindsets and actually start caring about their own citizens especially the innocent and vulnerable ones. But no, all they care about is profit and themselves.…. 😑😑 in a country where it’s meant to be safe for everyone and where it’s meant to be providing the best mental health care and all….

@Blackcloud Hello friend. How are you?

Re: My life sucks

@Cuddlebear I’m ok but not the best. I’ve still been thinking about being scared/worried for my future which I know is a long way away but I can’t stop thinking about it, especially with all of these rise of cost of living situations on here… I just hope that it doesn’t get even more worse in the next coming years 🙏🙏🙏🙏

But im trying to do my best to focus on my studies at the moment and nothing else 😕

Re: My life sucks

@BlackcloudI can understand feeling worried about the future. Things are hard for people. Remember right now you are safe. You’ve got housing, food and a long term income too which is great. Things will be ok. You’ve got me here too and other wonderful people in the forums who understand and care.

Remember it is ok to also take little breaks from study too. I’ll go find some cute snoopy for you.

@Cuddlebear ooooh!! speaking of snoopy, I wanna show you this coffee/tea cup with snoopy on the display that I bought from a store in Korea when I went to Korea last December. 🥰

@Blackcloud Oooh that’s very very cute. I love Snoopy too. The cartoons are really cool.

Are you at the library or at home studying? What was Korea like? I’ve never been there.

Re: My life sucks

@Cuddlebear @I’m at home studying today. Today is pretty windy.

Oh Korea was great!! The tourist attractions, the aesthetics, the cold weather (it’s a bit more colder there than here in Australia), prices for a lot of things (except fruit) are slightly more affordable and cheaper there, etc. though, the language barrier was the number one issue that I’ve faced. But other than that, being in Korea for 2 weeks was great!

I did suffer from post-vacation depression the moment I returned back to Melbourne, but that feeling lasted for a week. Thankfully it didn’t last more than that.

Re: My life sucks

@Blackcloud It sure is windy. Everything’s flying about in the wind where I live. It’s good you are at home who knows what Melbournes weather will do could rain and be stormy. Very unpredictable isnt it.

Trip to Korea sounds like it was a lot of fun!

Re: My life sucks

@Cuddlebear since the start of today, I was thinking about going out for a walk, but as soon as the wind started I was like nope! not gonna risk my health for the breezy wind :<

oh definitely! but I think its best if I were to travel with someone than on my own now because whenever I have to deal with stuff on my own that I'm unfamiliar with, its more harder for me to take it emotionally and mentally than if I were to be with someone...but solo travelling does have its pros too haha.....
