Hi @Former-Member
Great to read you started a TAFE course. What are you studying? Having purpose is fundemental to feeling more upbeat. Finding that was a big part of my healing process. Having no purpose = depression without doubt.
Sounds like you will be quite busy - I admire how you still find time to correspond on here.
My daughter has improved somewhat but still has her moments. But some improvement is going in the right direction. Hubby has been very busy with the running of the charity we volunteer for - he really cares about people. His heart tests came back okay - his cancer PSA reading up a bit though, but we are feeling positive. Just might mean he will have to have addition cancer treatment. We will know in six months time. Otherwise all is okay on the home front.
But you are right about moving. On one hand I will have my dream home but on the other there is always the doubts "have I chosen well" - hope it will be as peaceful as it looks (that is high on my agenda), hope it's a good investment (won't lose everything etc). So I am feeling a bit of anxiety over it. And all that entails moving - it is stressful. But if it all goes well it's a great spot being on the water and a walk to everything such as cafes, restaurants, beach, shops, markets, clubs and medical etc. Fingers crossed.
I was so pleased to read that you have landed on your feet well and that life is more fulfilling for you. What are your future goals in terms of the course you are studying? Sounds exciting. Hugs 💕
