Angry and alone
Hi. I know I should write some sort of intro but just don't really know what there is to say.
I'm feeling angry and alone and like there's no one who cares.

Hello @TheVorticon
thank you for responding to my message.
Your response mentioned feeling alone, ignored, not heard.
Almost word to word how I felt all of my life! My feeling is "dismissal" on top of everything that you have mentioned.
WhatI have learnt! Not us at all.
we have feelings, others just bury them.
We are ourselves and have every right to be.

Hi @TheVorticon, Yep I definitely find it super empowering when I manage to avoid avoiding. I've been trying to live by this motto for a couple of years and every time I manage to do it and thus get the empowered feeling it helps me to remember how good it is to avoid avoiding, the next time I need to do it.
Don't think I'm an expert at it yet though! It is definitely a work in progress and I still fluff up a lot...and that's ok. ![]()

I can't get rid of this stupid anxiety and it sucks so much. It's making me mad and upset and too keyed up to do things and I just want it gone.

@CheerBear, Hey, I work with cars all the time. It's probably a bit hard to explain over the web, but some of the most trustworthy people (if its a mechanical issue) are probably the RAC service centers. You could walk in there and ask questions. Its a bright yellow building/environment, practically impossible for any employee to be grumpy...
@TheVorticon, Do you notice if you get like this after eating? Some times the gut can be overwelmed when you eat and that makes you anxious even if you were feeling good a minute ago. Some people with autism get it bad (leaky gut) where neurotoxins go straight into your blood stream after eating and you can't think or do anything. Cranberries saved my life .. just a handful before eating anything.. makes my brain wake up too. It has in it the same thing hospitals use for leaky gut, but naturally in food.

Nah I've had it all day @SGde3a, it seems to happen a couple of days in a row and then doesn't happen again for a few weeks. But usually not lasting the entire day like this one has.

Can't shake this stupid anxiety. Makes me not want to do anything but stay in the one place and not do anything else.

Do you talk regularly to someone you know or if its right after you talk to someone who's a bit 'heartless'? or cold? I used to get that talking to my parents,... -I'm also an emotional/passionate person by nature - but basically its like my inner light switches off to match theirs. They might not come across sad or unenergetic, my parents got their energy from being in a position of power in a company. So they're powered by that and not their heart and true goals in life...
