Morning @Flutterbug9 sweet, thankyou for that information. It's quite similar to what we have here but they don't have to show a method of how they come to the increased amount. I tried every avenue possible to get support regarding the increase but got nowhere so I emailed the land agent myself which is how I got it down to $45pw instead of the $70pw that they originally wanted. It's tough cos only being on disability pension and the way the cost of living is, it's honestly making it impossible to survive.

Oh that's so tough being in constant pain sweet, i can relate as I'm in pain from the tooth infections constantly plus the headaches/migraines every day. I'm really hoping you can get some relief sooner than that though.

Only having tomorrow to yourself when things are so tough sounds both hard and exhausting. I'm sorry you've been having nightmares, that regulating your emotions has been hard and that those dark thoughts have been happening. Know that you matter so much sweetheart and I'm here for you always.

@MissGremlin I completely understand what you're saying re rent inspections. We were in our rental 8 years and still had to go through inspections even though the place was kept spotless.

I do understand the other side of it though as I have friends who had their rental properties destroyed by tenants. Like anything else, the squeaky wheel gets the most attention - making life difficult for the rest of us who do the right thing.

How about telling yourself that you know you will pass inspection, this is just an inconvenience and you will not let it cause you more stress.

I believe in the power of positive thinking and just like your memes, it can help us feel a little less anxious.

@ENKELI i do understand it from both sides too, just inspections every 3 months for 10 years, it's really alot to deal with.

I've been trying to be positive, I know the person coming to do the inspection is understanding about things especially the one room I simply can't manage at the moment. I'm just trying to focus on the rest of the house and doing my best with it.

I had my niece last night, she slept over. This morning we went to the park, to the market, then to the supermarket. I'm really frazzled, overwhelmed and exhausted from trying to keep up with her.
