@MissGremlin mentally I am good, physically...blech! I have the dread flu so while my mind is wanting to get up.and potter in the garden my body is tired and achey.

I wish that rent inspections could be customised for long term tenants with good standing, like you. Change to biannual inspections and then annual. It would save investors money too, less fees from agents.

I am soso tired, and she has talked and talked for the whole day and I've played and played with her and she is so tired, she keeps throwing tantrums tonight and I just...I'm crashing and I feel bad because an Aunty is supposed to be more...more engaging, more interactive...just more.

Yes it would make so much sense to do inspections less often for long term tenants. Especially when all i hear from them is complaining about how much it costs them in fuel costs 😂.
