Safe Now
I went and saw my psychologist yesterday. We talked about some of my trauma stuff in both yesterday’s session and the session before it. Now I am here today having to reassure myself that I am safe now!

@Jynx
Of course you can join the wolf pack and come and howl at the moon.
@Till23
Thanks for the reminder that I am not a failure just because something didn’t work for me.

Hi @Appleblossom my elderly dog does howl now if I go out for longer than he thinks I should or I change the routine. He didn't howl before but now he is deaf and partially blind. So he howls calling me back to the pack. He misses his older "sister" who died in 2023 as well.

@Oaktree to me, the only way we can EVER fail is by giving up. If we put effort in and are unsuccessful, we still learn from the experience. If we just decide not to try, the only thing we learn is that giving up is easy, but then everyone already knows that.
Side note: strategic fallback to conserve energy is different to giving up.
So yeah, if you gave it a red hot go, then it's literally impossible for you to be a failure even if you go the worst possible outcome!! That's just my two cents anyway 😉
And yippee!! We can all howl together hehe @Appleblossom and cooeee to you too!!
It's even a full moon on Saturday, and I am working again this weekend!!
😍🐺🌝

@Jynx I am not mob, but had connections back 2 generations from my father. Values that were good and passed down stuck with me.
@Till23 a weird thing is I did Geology field trips in 1983 on the same country that the Wayapa wurrk people are now. I just love it. It feels deeply right. Beautiful country. My son goes hiking there with friends a bit.
