Morning @ENKELI ! I woke up early again. Had a deep snooze in armchair. Was dopey when got up. Couldn’t work out why my foot was getting wet - took me a while to work out that I was tipping my coffee lol.

@GezzaP oh no!! You must have been really sleepy!

It is 10.20pm here and I am not the least bit sleepy so I am going to finish my diamond painting and hope I get tired soon.

It's going to be 40 on Sunday, I think I might just wear shorts and a shirt into the shower every couple of hours!

Is your air con evaporative? And what brand did you get installed?

If I were to win lotto I'd get a reverse cycle ducted system. But then if I were to win lotto I'd probably sell up and build.

@ENKELI I went back to bed eventually slept almost 3 more hours. Yes my ducted system is evaporative don’t recall brand, will look later. I have old solar panels getting new system new panels and battery withdrew super for that. If I win lotto. I would also build and get away from strata title which a I hate. The other owners are always doing maintenance and one of them wastes water which I pay for as my property is bigger so bigger percentage. She also waters at hottest time of day. Stupid! Lovely 23 today and tomorrow then getting hot again. Oh well back to sorting out my manic financial mess. Hope your day is ok.

@GezzaP that is so frustrating regarding your neighbour. That is not fair that you are paying for her water, especially when she waters at inappropriate times. I am debating whether to put the lotto on for the 3rd Jan. It's $30 million, plus the 3rd is my birthday so maybe I should. When (ha ha ha!) I win the 30 mill I'll give you the money to build your dream home - so long as your dream home isn't 30 million lol!

Good luck with sorting out your finances, I am still paying off a payday loan that I rashly took out in one of my phases.

My car insurance company have just sent me an sms alerting me to storm activity in my area. I kind of hope for rain but know it will make everything humid and gross. It's so dark outside it looks like it's late afternoon instead of just 3pm.
