The Sane Cattery: Because normal is overrated

Welcome to The Sane Cattery, the totally rational, completely normal place where we - totally sane humans - gather to admire our feline overlords. This is a judgment-free zone (unless your cat is the one doing the judging, which, let’s be honest, they always are). Feel free to share photos of your majestic moggies, chaotic kitties, and everything in between. Whether they’re plotting world domination, defying the laws of physics, or simply loafing like sentient bread, we want to see them. Because nothing says "sane" like dedicating an entire discussion to our tiny, furry dictators.

Here is our oldest, Roughy who is 9.

Ryker, who is 7. Trying to convince himself he still fits in this thing like a glove!

And the latest edition, Luna (14 weeks)

...and another one of Luna, 'cause she's so damn cute.

I have been instructed to say that she was in no way stuck, and was just testing my responsiveness.

'King of the castle' hehe I bet! They totally rule the household don't they! Saw a meme that was like, dogs see their owners devoted to them and cleaning up all their poop, so they see their owners as king! Cats see their owners devoted to them and cleaning up all their poop and think 'ahh yes my loyal subjects' 🤣

@Mustang67 aww Reggie is soooo cute! Look at that tongue in the ear hahaha what cuties!! They totally remind me of that old movie, Milo and Otis!

@GezzaP try the Fussy Cat fresh meat for $6.50. I don't know if Woollies has kangaroo only meat for pets as I shop mainly at Coles but I know my cat Gypsy eats it and it is a mixture of different meats. It is also grain free which can be beneficial for the moggies also.

My day is quiet. It's about 27 degrees and I have hurt my shoulder so I am miffed I can't get out into the garden. I need physio I think.

@Jynx my mum always says dogs have masters, cats have staff. It's so true!

The support button is there to keep us on our toes, as I told Bunniekins - it behaves and shocks us, then stops and annoys us lol!!

Ok I’ll try Coles when I go to shopping centre when I go for my blood test sometime soon. @ENKELI Too bad you hurt your shoulder. It was only 18 here today. I still did a little gardening. Then I cooked. Took the afternoon off watched women’s footy and had a snooze. Hoping I can stay awake to watch a program I like this evening. Puss curled up asleep at the top of her cat tree.

@ENKELI my support button doesn't work either ☹️ Yeah the picture is priceless. I actually a collage of pictures for Reggie at one stage, with that photo in the middle. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in storage, like most of my belongings.
