I wasn’t sure where to put this:
I am just wondering if they’re are many older people on these forums? Like people 55+ who may have mental health issues going into (or being in) their retirement and how they are handling them.

@TAB @PeppiPatty Im gonna check that out "not going out"! I find Lee Mack so irritating and up himself, and not seen him b4 on anything other than quiz shows. Wld be interesting to see him in another role.

@Shaz51 Hiya. Todays beginning began with relative calm me, but developed into anger and stress...heres the thing, it obv wasnt over much because i cant remember what triggered it. Oh well, onwards and upwards.

We don’t have a cut off time to join in our area. People can join when it suits. It is just suggested to sort out membership early as it is run by volunteers.
what are other ideas. Walking to my local shops I meet people. Gardening I meet people.
