Understandable you are cautious around people who have flu like symptoms because of your mums lung problem, I would be too just try to use that sanitiser stuff as much as possible once you leave the hospital .

I did take the necessary precautions yesterday and I really apprciate the concern for my mum & me.

I think its a combination of things that is affecting me atm. I do have options of going into hospital. My specialist is seeing me tomorrow and has fitted me in, for first thing in the morning.

I am still not coping too well atm. I am quite depressed and anxious. I did get out today, and I was able to send some gifts, and wrap up their presents for them, and that made me feel a bit better because I was able to do something for someone else. Next week I have a friend moving in to my place, and think this will be really good for me because we get on so well.

I am also going to the local hospital three times a week now for the day programs and I believe this will be really good for me and I have a great relationship with my psych and psychologist there.

That sounds like it will be good company for you too @oceangirl. I'm glad you are finding the hospital programs helpful. I am going twice a week to my programs. It helps a lot to have them scheduled and have to get out for.
Sorry your depression and anxiety is still there. I've had a few days of being very depressed too. I've not managed much this week at all. It is hard to get past.

@Former-Member It will be good to have some company, and I think we will be good for each other too. I think its going to be a healing process for both of us. I truly understand how you feel and I am finding it tough to get past too, I was doing so much better earlier in the wk though. I think I am being too tough on myself and you are probably too.

I know you are doing the focus group and not sure what the other group is, you have probably mention it before but atm it has slipped my mind sorry @Former-Member.

Do you have anything planned for the weekend??

I'm continuing mindfulness classes @oceangirl. They are helpful.

On the weekend I have my friends sons family 21st and that's it. I hope I'm ok for it. How about you?
