sorry, initially i posted this in the wrong thread an hour ago, so here's the right thread for it! my apologies!! @MissGremlin @rav3n @Jynx @creative_writer @tyme @PeppyPatti
Okay this is something I didn’t realise all along until the student accomodation agent I was talking to on earlier told me that the accomodations that cover ALL the bills within the rent are generally $500 per week.
So no wonder the one I live in now is why I needed to pay $500 per week?? 😀 how wonderfull!!! (Sarcasm because I blame the cost of living and screw the government) because yes it does cover all the bills.
but the ones that DONT cover all the bills generally cost less depending on your usage of internet, water, electricity and all. And they reckon that it would be economical to pay those ones separately. I actually agree with this to be honest, considering how the cost of living and the economy is like right now.
also the ones that I was looking at that cost $311 and $346 respectively (both are outside of CBD though) unfortunately neither of them have a gym in these accomodations.. 😞 & both of these only covers one of the bills (not some, not all..) which is a big shame since that means I’ll have to find an external gym somewhere located not too far from those areas and then unfortunately pay those daily $10 or more fees after I become a member of a gym…
I’ve sent an email to my NDIS LAC and my OT regarding the NDIS housing and stuff and wonder if it’s possible for me to be able to find a housing that’s under the NDIS? Since that’s what my psychologist brought up to me with a month ago and suggested that I ask my “case manager” (according to her but I don’t think a case manager in your NDIS support team ever exists ??), but yeah I only was able to email them about it today and not before that haha
oh, and for your information, all of what I’ve mentioned above are with regards to the private/individual rooms (not shared rooms)
